AI agent

Your AI dispatcher picks up on the first ring.

It answers in your company's name, asks the same questions your office would, and books the job straight onto your board. Nights, weekends and holidays included.

  • Asks every question for tows, roadside, moves and fleet service
  • Flags emergencies, like a child locked in a car or a car on the highway shoulder
  • Quotes from your own price list, and texts a quote when they're not ready to book
  • Hands the call to you when a caller asks for a person

Talk to the agent right now.

It runs in your browser using your microphone, so there's nothing to dial. Call it the way your customers would.

Try saying one of these:
Tow"My car won't start. I'm on I-285 near mile 24."
Move"I need to move a two-bedroom apartment next Friday."
Fleet"One of our box trucks is down and we need service today."
Free. Takes about two minutes. Your browser will ask for microphone access.

What it asks

The same questions
your best dispatcher asks.

It uses the same job form as your office. It can't book a job until every must-have answer is in, so nothing important gets missed. Safety questions are always asked.

Tow Light & heavy-duty

  1. Where is the vehicle, and where is it going?
  2. Is it in a dangerous spot, like a highway shoulder?
  3. Year, make, model, colour and plate
  4. Why does it need a tow?
  5. Vehicle size and drivetrain (AWD, 4x4)
  6. Will it roll and steer? Are the keys with it?

Roadside Jump, lockout, fuel, tire, winch-out

  1. Lockout: is a child or pet locked inside?
  2. Jump start: what happens when they try to start it? Electric or hybrid?
  3. Fuel: which fuel and how many gallons?
  4. Flat tire: which tire, is there a spare and a wheel-lock key?
  5. Winch-out: stuck in what, how far from the road, damaged or on its side?

Move Local moves

  1. Move date and arrival window
  2. Moving from and to: home type and size
  3. Floor, stairs, elevator and truck access at both ends
  4. Loading, unloading or packing
  5. Special items like pianos, safes or pool tables

Fleet service Business fleets

  1. Company contact name and phone
  2. Unit number, VIN and odometer
  3. PO or work order number
  4. What service it needs, and is it drivable?
  5. Out of service right now? When is it available?

Answers marked in orange turn the job into an emergency: it jumps to the top of the board and owners and dispatchers get a text.

A night with the agent

2:14 AM. A car dies on I-285.
Here's what happens next.

Text from your company · 2:16 AMThanks, Alicia. Your tow is booked: job #4719. We'll text you when the driver is on the way.
  1. 2:14
    AI agent

The phone rings and gets answered

Your AI agent picks up in your company's name, asks where she is, what she's driving and if she's somewhere safe. She's on the shoulder, so the job is flagged as an emergency.

  2. 2:16
    Customer

She gets her job number by text

The job is on your board before she hangs up, with her answers, the address on the map and a price from your own price list.

  3. 2:16
    Owner

You get a text, because it's an emergency

Owners and dispatchers get an alert for emergencies only. Everything else waits quietly on the board.

  4. 2:18
    Dispatcher

One drag gives it to the nearest driver

Dispatch44 ranks the drivers on shift by distance and by the truck the job needs. The driver gets a text with a link to the job.

  5. 2:20
    Driver

The driver taps "I'm on my way"

The customer gets a text with the arrival time and a live tracking link. No more "where's the truck?" calls.

  6. 2:41
    Driver

    On scene, photos, work started

Each tap is saved to the job's timeline with who did it and when. Photos of the car are attached to the job.

  7. 3:05
    Customer

    Signed, paid and thanked

She signs on the driver's phone, the card payment is recorded, and she gets a thank-you text with a link to leave you a review.

  8. 8:00
    You

You wake up to a paid job

The call recording, transcript, timeline and payment are all on the job. The reports already count it.

Every call on record

Read it, hear it, check it.

Every call the agent takes is listed on the Calls page, with what happened and the job or quote it made.

  • A short summary of each call, and the full transcript.
  • Listen back to the recording. Callers are told the call may be recorded.
  • Search by name, phone number or words in the call summary.
  • Weekly numbers: calls answered, jobs booked, average length and missed calls.
When it can't book

Not every call is a job.
Every call still counts.

Wants a person

The call can be passed to your phone.

Only wants a price

It gives an estimate from your price list and can text a quote with an Accept button.

Hung up early

The caller lands on your Win Back list and gets a friendly text back.

An emergency

It's booked as an emergency and the owner and dispatchers get a text right away.

The honest comparison

More than an answering service.
Cheaper than a night dispatcher.

Questions

About the agent.

Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
Most don't realize. The voice is natural and it handles interruptions the way a person would. If you'd prefer it to say it's an AI assistant up front, that's a one-line change.
What if the AI can't handle a call?
It hands off. If a caller asks for a person or the call is outside what it knows, it can transfer the call to your phone. Every call is recorded, summed up and listed on the Calls page.
Can I keep my business phone number?
Yes. We forward your existing line to the AI agent during setup, so customers keep calling the number they already know.
What happens to calls that come in at night?
They're answered and booked like any other call. The jobs wait on your board for the morning, and only real emergencies, like a car on the highway shoulder or a child locked in a car, text the owner and dispatchers right away.
Does it give prices on the phone?
Only from your own price list, and always as an estimate. If you haven't set a price for something, it won't make one up.
How many calls can it take?
Each plan includes a number of AI call minutes per month. See pricing for the details.
